Freight shipments should always be inspected before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage to the crate or packaging, take photos and make a note on the driver’s paperwork before accepting the shipment.

Why This Matters

Commercial addresses with loading docks or forklifts may help make delivery easier. Please let us know if your delivery location has special access requirements.
